When purchasing in store you have the option to review the product at the counter. If model is checked at the counter and is confirmed to be at industry grade before purchase you can not bring it back with a change of mind.

 

Costoys' check all pre-loved models. For new models you have 7 days to notify Costoys of any factory faults once its left from purchase date or delivery date
