Shipping Policy

Costoys works to distribute your in-stock purchase within 1-5 days of order confirmation. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The order is shipped using Australia Post's standard delivery with Insurance provided.​

​

CosToys can provide tracking at customer's request.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for items not as described or have genuine factory faults, we suggest contacting Australia Post regarding insurance claims in cases of damages sustained through shipping . We DO NOT accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Redunds (If applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within seven business days.

(For example: The grace period on a pre-Loved Car is 1 week)
